How To Make Money With Google AdSense - the main thing

Make Money With Google AdSense

Making money with adsense is probably the easiest way to make money online.

You think am joking? Well just read on.

Have you ever thought of an automatic way to monetize your blog? Have you ever had a dream of making a cool income from your blog without having to convince anybody to buy anything? If yes then adsense is that which you have been looking for. I am going to open you up to the automatic money making world, am going to open you up to the advertisement world and am going to tell you, right here all you need to know about Goggle Adsense.

What is Google AdSense?

Google AdSense is a powerful advertisement program created and managed by Google itself, it is a nice way to make money from your traffic, and it is very easy to implement.

Google creates most o its revenue by allowing other website owners to advertise on their search result pages. And they monitor all of that through a program called AdWords.

Now you as a website or blog owner can earn a percentage of that revenue by helping google to do the advertisement. You can do that by placing adsense text ads on your website or blog and when your readers or website visitors click on them, you earn 60% of whatever amount of money the advertiser had paid to Google for that particular advert.

Every website owner should at least consider the program.  Even if your site is just for information purposes, you can still participate and make decent money with AdSense -- or at least enough to fund your website.

So if you are one of those people that doesn't like the idea of paying for a site, this is an excellent way to earn your money back and then some.

How Much Can You Earn With AdSense?

The amount of money (commission) you earn per click depends solely on the amount of money the advertiser paid Google for that advertisement, from which google pays you 60%.

So it is logical to believe that keyword phrases like weight loss, debt free, employment, make money, mp3, , etc. may earn you more per click since these are highly competitive keywords that are searched for quite a bit on the web.  Advertisers generally pay more for popular terms because they are searched for more.

Even though Google will not reveal how much you are earning for each ad that is clicked from your site, you can still login to your account at any time and see the total amount of revenue you've generated that day, week, month, year, etc.

The amount of money you make with your adsense depends hugely on the amount of targeted traffic you receive to your site, how well the ads match your website topic or niche, how well you placed the ads on your website or blog and of course the amount you receive for each click.

Your adsense success will also be determined by how focused your content is towards a particular topic. In other to achieve this, you should create a website or blog on a topic you know to a great extent, this way, you won’t have a hard time write a large number of articles that principally focused on that particular topic.

How to Join AdSense

Before you ever think of going for adsense for yor blog or website, make sure you have 10-15 pages on your site/blog.

Bloggers whose blog platform is Blogger will find it very easy to sign up for Adsense. All they have to do is to go to the blogger dashboard, find the "Adsense" plug-in and follow the step-by-step instructions given and they're done. When Google review the blog and approve it, Google ads will start appearing on the blog.

If it is a website or another blog platform you want to run Adsense on, you'll find it a little bit difficult if you are ignorant of html coding. In this case, after the sign up process at www.google.com/adsense and after Google has review and approve your site/blog, your site is ready to start running Adsense. You can log into your Adsense account and generate the Adsense codes to paste in any of your sites. Once the code is in place the rest is automatic. Google will use the algorithm they use to index web pages to automatically serve up ads that are relevant to the subject of your site. You can make Google ads to run in every page of your website by simply pasting the HTML script in all the pages where you want the ads to appear.

You can either display the ads vertically along side the page like Google does or in a banner-like formation horizontally across your pages.  The placement is up to you.  You can even customize the colors to match your site's theme.
